The friendliness and professionalism are beyond compare. I had just hung roman shades in our master bedroom from another blind company, when my order from The Blind Man arrived for the rest of our home. As soon as the beautiful shutters were hung I knew I had made a huge mistake with the roman shades. We are going to ditch the roman shades and get the shutters (which are superior for room darkening). I can't say enough great things about this company. It's the only blind company I would use in the Charlotte area.
